Cheshire Anilox Technology offers high quality laser engraved ceramic anilox rolls for a variety of coating applications, including offset, gravure, laminating, metallic, aqueous, UV and specialty coatings.
Cheshire has developed new engravings that provide more consistent and uniform coat weights.
Twinflo for High Gloss and Uniform Coatings
The most important advantages of this unique double channel engraving are consistent coat weights across the sheet, higher gloss levels, flatter loads and less coating consumption due to its high transfer capacity.
Twinflo engravings keep clean for longer, its open structure with no cell walls reduces clogging as the cell bottoms are easily accessible by standard and routinely cleaning methods
EasyFlo for High Viscous and UV Coatings
Easyflo specially designed to use with UV coatings producing smoother laydowns and removing the problem of orange-peel effect when using high viscous and UV coatings.

Anilox Cleaning service
Anilox cleanliness is paramount because dirty or clogged cells can degrade performance by reducing cell volume and causing uneven appearance or random print pattern in the final coating.
Cheshire provides the most efficient and in-depth off-press anilox cleaning service available in the market. Anilox rollers are cleaned in our premises using our Flexsonic™system, the latest in anilox cleaning equipment which removes the most difficult inks and coatings from ceramic and chrome surfaces.
Every cleaned anilox is issued with an analysis report including photographs of the engraving before and after cleaning as well as the screen parameters.
Anilox are cleaned and cells are restored to their like-new condition within 1-2 working days depending on the condition of the roll. We also offer a Premium Service where we arrange collection, delivery and supply a coating roller for use while the customer’s roller is being cleaned.
